I’m so excited! So Farm Sanctuary has these Work Day Volunteering opportunity that happens once a month. For the one in SoCal it’s every second saturday :] I am so excited because my boyfriend (who is a meat eater) is taking me this saturday . We’re going to volunteer doing chores on the site and then we have a vegan potluck so I get to make vegan food with my boyfriend and eat some. And at the end we get a tour of the sanctuary I’ve never been up close with farm animals so I’m super excited to visit and hope that my boyfriend realizes that meat was once a living, breathing, sweet, innocent animal before it ended up in the frozen section of a super market. You guys should all see if Farm is near you and try this opportunity too, take your family, friends, lovers, and definitely yourself.
