I got referred here by a friend, I’ve been a meat eater all my life I am 19 years old.
I just got done eating a bbq sandwich and drinking some milk and my friend posted
this Video on facebook that shows the abuse animals suffer in the slaughter houses,
Now I feel like a horrible person for eating that junk. :( I want to make a change
and make a difference. And I wanna stop eating meat and go Vegan. Any advice
for a newbie would be appreciated 😉 . I don’t really know what the first step I should take is.
And I’m pretty worried about how i can pull this off. My family are a bunch of meat eaters
and I am afraid them buying all the food they buy will tempt me. But I am gonna try.
What are the first steps I need to take towards this Life changing/saving choice I am trying
to make? I mean what do vegans eat? What do we look out for in food? How do we know it’s
vegan? And what can I do to help the animals? Thank you for your time. :)
