Just ask for the vegetarian option without cheese and sour cream.
That’s what you can do at Taco Bell (not that I eat there, the chicken is tha same as KFC! I just knew from looking at their menu on the internet).

Spanish rice does not have cheese and tortillas are vegan, black beans are usually vegan, sometimes pinto, so you could easily make a burrito. Sometimes they also have veggie fajitas, just tell them to leave off the cheese and sour cream.

I get laughed at, but I usually order a ham torta without the ham. This means I get a torta with lettuce, tomato, cheese (optional), guacamole, and beans. More veggies can be added by request.

The rice sometimes has cheese, but you can have refried beans if there isn’t any lard. Ask for rice and beans with the cream or queso. Nachos and salsas are vegan. Tortillas are vegan too. Plus you can never go wrong with guacamole.

Well, I’m planning on going vegan very, very soon. But as you all know, Mexican restaurants (most of them) have a vegetarian menu, but no vegan! My family and I always eat out every two weeks, and Mexican restaurants are where we usually go… So could I eat chips and salsa? Does spanish rice have cheese (I think it does)??!? Please help!!
