  • What can I eat that has a lot of protein?

    Yes, my parents are making me eat a lot of nuts and stuff since I’ve gone vegetarian. Just wondering if there is other stuff I could eat that would give me the some protein? Thx :)

    One thing that’s full of protein is black bean pasta. You’ll have to heck a health food store for it, but if you can get your hands on it, it’s got 25g of protein each serving.

    Well, be sure to watch how many nuts you eat in comparison to other protein sources – as nuts have more fat – but quinoa is a good source, as well as other grains, and beans of course.
