What kind of things are you gonna be eating this Christmas? Do you have any traditions?

On Christmas eve I am going to my first Wigilia (Polish Christmas celebration) and we are having vegan Pierogi (most of my bfs family are veggie yay :D)
On Christmas day me and my brother always cook lots of curry. My brother isn’t veggie but he always cooks vegan curry with me.

My family had Christmas dinner early this year, and we had Tofurky Feast, garlic roast potatoes, brussel sprouts, sweet corn, carrots, mushroom gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and vegan chocolate cupcakes.

    Hey @TeeterDance!

YUM! Vegan pierogis are so yummy :)

My family are I are making stuffing with Field Roast vegan sausage in it, homemade cranberry sauce, and a vegan green bean casserole! I’m lucky that there’s no meat at all in my house this year!

I don’t celebrate Christmas but on the Winter Solstice I like to have a big, celebration meal. This year I had stuffed mushrooms, cooked by someone else so they were even nicer!! In the past I’ve had a vegan roast, various curries, pizza etc. Whatever I like to eat!!
