Would you be so kind as to suggest the best way to cook a Vegan Boca Burger?
It seems everytime I try to make one I end up burning the poor thing in the skillet and what ever is left is what I call my lunch.
All suggestions and ideas are a blessing!

I fry mine in the skillet, then top it with a soy cheese, tomato, spinach and onion dip. it’s really good. But I don’t get boca’s because of the GMO’s.

Try Amy’s Burgers! They’re vegan/vegetarian, organic, non-GMO’d and superdelicious! These are all vegan: All American Veggie Burger, Black Bean Veggie Burger, Bistro Burger, California Veggie Burgers (regular and low-sodium), Quarter Pound Veggie Burger, Sonoma Veggie Burger, Texas Veggie Burger.

Personally, I prefer to warm them up in the toaster, as one would do for bread, then skillet ’em to get the crispy, well cooked taste :)

I would put mines on a skillet and then after 5 minutes, turn off the heat and put a slice of cheese on it to melt away 😀 delish!

I like to bake/broil mine in the oven.
Then again, I tend to make as much in the oven as possible.
