Glad to hear you are going vegan! My favorite snack would have to be pistachios!
I also love pita and hummus (make sure it has no milk products).

Plus, on an unhealthy nope I happen to really like rippled original chips.

My favorite is probably avocado sandwiches (if that qualifies as a snack).
Wal-Mart has lots of vegan cookies, chips crackers, candy, etc.
They also have vegan chocolate (Baker’s chocolate) and cheap popcorn seeds, if you like to make popcorn (just need veg oil and a pot with a lid).
Definitely no shortage of vegan snacks these days.

Thawed, lightly salted edamame

Granola! Nature’s Path and Cascade Farms(both are sold at Target) make awesome vegan and organic granola, but if that’s too expensive for you(I know it is for me DX) it’s crazy easy to make your own. Just google granola recipes and the results are endless!

Apples and peanut butter, or just pb straight from the jar, are my other 2 favorites!

These are my current faves…
Curry Pretzel Sticks and Orig.Seed Crackers from Mary’s Gone Crackers…actually all of their crackers, pretzels, cookies, etc are totally addicting!
Sweet Potato Chips and Sea Salt Chips from Late July Snacks …yumza!
Organic “Cheese” Crackers by Eco-Planet…plus their cookies are so cute!
