• When Family Mock you for being Vegetarian.

    Hello,

    I have extended family that mock me all of the time about being a Vegetarian.
    They make comments such as “Do you want some beef bolognase, the cow used to be a vegetarian”

    I do not know how I am supposed to respond to this, as it is not my close family and not related by blood, only law.

    Hey @jamesmax01,

    I’m so sorry to hear your family is being unsupportive of you being a vegetarian! My family used to be the same way, until they saw how much it meant to me.

    Try talking with them about it and let them know how much being a vegetarian means to you and that it hurts your feelings when they mock it. They might not even be aware!
