Why People Shouldn't Leave Dogs in Their Car (period)

So when I got out of work today I was just sitting and waiting for my ride. I see a girl about to walk into the store and a yellow lab comes running from the parking lot to the storefront. The dog was friendly and only had a bandanna, but no tag. The girl told me she saw the dog jump from the back of a truck parked in the lot. Now it was 9:30 at night so if someone didn’t see the poor thing, she could have been hit. Luckily I got someone to page the dog’s owner and they showed up. Moral of the story is think of their safety first.
