    Hi there!

I’m a high school sophomore living in Shanghai, China. I’ve always wondered why there’s so little about animal welfare going on around here. Don’t the animals here as well need our help? We would LOVE to join if PETA2 comes here!

By the way, my friends and I are starting a student club at our school to promote animal rights. (There already exists a Roots & Shoots team at our school, which I thought ought to care for animal issues, but does not.) And we are trying to get into contact with other schools to spread the action. Do you have any suggestions what (else) we should do?

    Thx :-)

    Hey @sollan!

There actually IS a PETA Asia-Pacific! Learn more about this here: http://www.petaasiapacific.com/. You can send them an email to find out how you can get active in your area at AshleyF@PETAAsiaPacific.org!

    Thanks for helping animals :)

Why not look for people in your own school, and talk to the teachers about it?
I’ve heard there are good veg places in China, so somehow talk to them and that might inspire you? 😀
    Good luck!
