So for around 5 days I have been feeling this pressure in my head.. not exactly like a headache but I can feel it the most when I lay down and/or then sit up again. I’m also kind of tired and haven’t been getting much sleep. I’m a hypochondriac though, it could be anything like a vitamin deficiency? Or my muscles are tense there? Has this happened to anyone else? I also went to the dentist not long ago and they told me I should have my wisdom teeth out because the teeth are pushing on others, but they don’t hurt. That might be why..but I’m scared, I just don’t want to think about the worst. Someone help?

you should get it checked out. It’s better to be sure than let something go for so long unchecked that it causes real more fatal issues.

Try drinking more water, since it’s summer. I feel like that right now just because I haven’t had much water today, so maybe you’ve started drinking less water this week. Whenever I get even a little water deprived, my head starts hurting soooo badly and I feel exhausted and a little bit dizzy. If that doesn’t work and it doesn’t go away, obviously go to the doctor, but try drinking more water to see if it helps. :)

I get things like that often, too. My doctor told me they were “cluster headaches,” or stress headaches. The thing is, it just felt like my brain was trying to pop out. It was almost as bad as a migrane.

you might want to go to the doctors and get that checked out. It might also be your wisdom teeth, because before i had them removed, i was getting constant headaches so you might have something similar to that. Poke the gums where the wisdom teeth should be and if they are tender or you feel anything odd it might just be that,
