I stick to a vegan, often organic and raw diet and stay away from processed stuff when I can. Learning to bake is the best because you can use simple organic ingredients and you don’t need to worry about preservatives, dyes and stuff. Making your own nut and seed butters is kind of fun! It’s really hard to go 100% pure unprocessed though, like making your own soy milk, so you just have to decide where you are comfortable drawing the line for yourself.
