Lunch

“Pimp My Ramen” Noodles with a side of carrots and peanut butter

'Pimp My Ramen' Noodles

1 pkg. ramen noodles (Top Ramen Oriental Flavor is vegan)

1 Tbsp. peanut butter

1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce

  • Crush the ramen and place in a large bowl. Cover with water and stir in the seasoning packet.
  • Nuke for 4 minutes, remove from the microwave, add the peanut butter and Sriracha, and mix well.
  • Enjoy!

Dinner

Vegan beef strips (try Gardein Sizzling Szechuan Beefless Strips) with brown rice and steamed broccoli

Tip: All about takeout? It’s easy to make sure things are vegan. If you’re ordering Chinese or Thai, be sure to ask if your dish has fish sauce in it and also make sure you sub tofu (which is a staple at most Asian restaurants) for meat.
