When we saw Matt Prokop tweeting away about his adorable dog, Barkley, we had a feeling that it would be the start of a wonderful friendship. Not to brag or anything … but we were right. Prokop recently stopped by PETA with Barkley in tow to share his thoughts on some animal rights issues that are close to his heart—issues such as making sure that students have alternatives to dissection as well as getting the word out about animal abuse in the circus, the importance of animal birth control, and why mutts rule.
