DIY Makeup Remover

Sometime we feel like we would die without our makeup remover! (Dramatic, much? Maybe.) There’s nothing nastier than going to bed with gunky mascara caked all over your eyelashes—makes for a lovely morning (NOT). We like our makeup removers to be cruelty-free, gentle enough to use around the eyes, and super-duper affordable. That’s why we’ve resorted to making our own! Here’s one of our fave quick and cheap DIY beauty recipes.

DIY Makeup Remover
1 cup filtered water
1 1/2 Tbsp. cruelty- and tear-free baby shampoo
1/4 tsp. jojoba oil

• Combine all the ingredients in a cosmetics bottle.
• Shake well.
• Apply with cotton pads.
