Newsflash: The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is slacking big time. The USDA is the agency responsible for enforcing the Animal Welfare Act—the only federal law that protects animals used for entertainment.

Despite the countless animals—including elephants, tigers, chimpanzees, and more—who depend on its vigilance and action, the USDA has been indecisive at best. And we’ve had enough!
