Take a cue from Shadows Fall vocalist Brian Fair. After all, taking advice from rock stars is just what Brian did when he listened to The Smith’s “Meat Is Murder” in eighth grade and consequently began leaning toward vegetarianism.
According to Brian, he made the switch because he no longer wanted to be part of the cycle of death that is factory farming. He believes that there is no excuse for not adhering to a vegetarian lifestyle because you can always find ways to stick with it. Heck, if he can do it on a tour bus in a foreign country, it can be done anywhere!
