Alyssa Milano is not your typical pampered Hollywood star. In fact, she’s anything but. Now you can officially add animal rights to her list of causes. The super-sexy Charmed star with a heart of gold recently proved that she can make even vegetables look good when she donned a dress made entirely of lettuce and other greens for peta2’s first “Let Vegetarianism Grow on You” print public service announcement (PSA).

A vegetarian and animal lover, Alyssa says that anything you can do to alleviate suffering matters: “The world has so much suffering in it already—choosing to be vegetarian is one thing you can do to reduce the suffering on a daily basis.” And we couldn’t agree more; after all, eliminating animals from your diet is the easiest and best thing you can do for animals, the Earth, and your health too.
