Adam McGrath of Cave In


From its humble beginning in Boston metalcore back in '95 to its genre-destroying transformation into a band that is decidedly more melodic, Cave In is an ever-evolving musical threat. According to guitarist Adam McGrath, "We started experimenting with new sounds and eventually new ways of writing songs that we were all more comfortable with." Cave In's constant musical progression may leave a few fans behind, but we're pretty confident that you'll dig them.

PETA2 had a chance to sit down and interview McGrath, and it turns out that like so many other pioneering musicians, he's devoted himself to a vegetarian lifestyle.
