You’ve probably said the words “You are what you eat” at least once in your life. Good. Then you’ll agree with us when we tell you that eating chicken makes you poisonous. Believe it or not, on today’s factory farms, arsenic (otherwise known as insecticide or weedkiller) is added to chicken feed to stimulate growth, increase egg production, and give chickens a yellow skin.


Good thing Circa Survive guitarist Colin Frangicetto has a survival plan. And, no, he hasn’t been cast off to a desert island by his bandmates. His survival plan is a vegetarian diet!
