Rise Against, Thursday, Street Drum Corps, Silverstein, SKSK, Levi Brown, Doug of The Sleeping, Adam of Story of the Year, and Casey of Hawthorne Heights all have one very important thing in common—pure disdain for KFC’s abuse of the chickens raised and killed for its buckets! Then again, it would be hard to find a single human being with even an ounce of empathy who would condone the restaurant chain’s utterly disturbing behavior. Chickens raised and killed for KFC endure the worst abuses imaginable—their bones are often broken, their throats are slit while they’re still conscious, and many are scalded to death in defeathering tanks. Workers at a KFC “Supplier of the Year” were documented punching live birds, spitting tobacco into their eyes, and spray-painting their faces! Heard enough? Watch what these peta2 pals have to say about KFC, and then do your part by signing peta2’s petition urging the company to eliminate the worst abuses the birds raised and killed for its restaurants suffer.
