Here at peta2, we love their singer and think he sounds a lot like Justin Timberlake, but Maroon 5 says their inspiration comes from Stevie Wonder, Prince, and N.E.R.D., with a little Police thrown in.
They are on peta2 'cause they've got depth. Give their music a listen, and you'll hear just how deep their talent goes.
Their depth is even more evident in their actions for animal rights and other charities. A couple of the members are vegetarian, and Mickey, the bass player, is vegan.
