Fred Mascherino has been incredibly supportive of peta2 over the years. From his career in Taking Back Sunday to his stint as The Color Fred to his current gig with the all-star rock group Terrible Things, we've got his back! I could not wait to catch up with Mascherino while we both happened to be hanging out at Vans Warped Tour this past summer. Check out our exclusive interview.

Mascherino knows his stuff. He has been vegan for 14 years, has raised his family vegetarian, and truly wants to make a positive impact on the world and the environment that we live in. He's saving hundreds of animals every year and reaping some pretty cool health benefits—plant-based diets help protect against of many of the nation's top killers, including heart disease, cancer, strokes, and diabetes.
