Who's the Worst-Dressed Celeb of 2009?

It's time once again for you to help us compile our list of the most atrocious celebrity fashion offenders. Yes, that's right—it's Worst-Dressed time! I'm happy to report that this year, the list is mostly made up of the usual coldhearted, tacky offenders, because any celebs who really matter just don't wear dead animal skins.

We all know the impact that celebrities have on the fashion industry, and thankfully, a large number of them wouldn't be caught dead in fur. Many of them are even shunning leather these days too. It's time to show those who still wear fur that cruelty to animals is never in style. Since you may not get a chance to tell them how you feel in person, send the message that wearing animal skins and carrying accessories made from them is simply a fashion "don't" by voting for this year's "Worst-Dressed."
