Grill your burgers up in some olive oil—you can use a tabletop grill or the stovetop.
While they're cookin', throw some chopped portabella mushrooms into a pan with some olive oil (I also threw some garlic powder, cracked pepper, and various other spices in with the mushrooms).
Saute the mushrooms for about 10 minutes. Slice up some tomato, avocado, and get your buns ready!
Right before your burger is done, throw some Daiya cheese on it, and cover it in the pan to get it to melt.
Once the cheese is all gooey, put your burger together and devour!
