Blueberry Muffin Madness Smoothie

  • 1½ cups almond milk
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. oatmeal
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. agave
  • ½ cup blueberries
  1. Mix together all the ingredients except the blueberries and store in the fridge overnight.
  2. The next morning, blend with the blueberries.

This smoothie is great for a thick and hearty breakfast on the go! You can try using granola or quinoa flakes instead of the oatmeal. If you don't want the protein powder, just add 2 more tablespoonfuls of oatmeal. If you don't like or have agave, try maple syrup!
