- Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium-low heat.
- Combine the Bisquick, vegan sausage, and vegan cheese in a large bowl and mix well with your fingers.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls, rolling between your palms and packing tightly.
- Add the balls to the oil and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden on each side. Add more oil as needed.
