Hey! Vegan “Cheesy” Sausage Balls sound great, but I’m betting the sausage balls are primarily made from Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) – not good. Most faux meats are made from TVP, which is a HIGHLY processed food. Althopugh more compassionate and sustainable than meat, eating TVP induces cancer just as meat does: both meat and TVP interrupt and temporarily stop the immune system’s natural process of cancer-killing (called “apoptosis”). We all contain cancer cells that our immune system identifies and destroys on a regular ongoing basis (again, called apoptosis). Eating foods like meat or TVP stop apoptosis.
We must seek out faux meats that are based on whole grains and veggies, NOT TVP!!!!!
