'Cheesy' Vegan Sausage Balls

Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 8 oz. vegan sausage (try Lightlife brand)
  • 2 cups shredded vegan cheddar cheese (try Daiya brand)
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium-low heat.
  2. Combine the Bisquick, vegan sausage, and vegan cheese in a large bowl and mix well with your fingers.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls, rolling between your palms and packing tightly.
  4. Add the balls to the oil and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden on each side. Add more oil as needed.
