Ingredients
  • 2 bananas, peeled (and strings removed—yuck!)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate-flavored silken tofu (feel free to add more if you like it extra chocolately)*
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 4 handfuls ice (give-or-take, depending on how big your hands are!)
Instructions
  1. Grab a blender and toss in the bananas (I tear them into chunks), chocolate-flavored tofu, peanut butter, and ice.
  2. Put the lid on (very important), and blend this sucker!
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
Notes

*If you can't find chocolate-flavored silken tofu near you, just use regular silken tofu and add in some chocolate syrup.
