Ingredients
  • 1 corn tortilla
  • 1 oz. salsa
  • handful lettuce
  • 1/4 bell pepper
  • 9 strips faux chicken
Instructions
  1. Prepare your favorite faux chicken by following the instructions on the package and cut the bell pepper.
  2. On a small plate, flop a corn tortilla down and slather salsa on it.
  3. Add lettuce, bell pepper, and top it off with the chicken-less strips.
  4. Roll it up and enjoy!
