Fajita Kabobs

Ingredients
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Yellow Squash
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • Scant of Salt
  • 1 tsp. Cumin (optional—you can also use part of a taco or fajita seasoning packet!)
Instructions
  1. Slice up the veggies into bite size pieces.
  2. Lightly coat the veggie pieces in olive oil, skewer 'em up, and sprinkle with salt and cumin, if you like.
  3. Keep on the grill until veggies are soft and cooked through.
