Grilled Peanut Butter, Banana, and Strawberry Sammie

Ingredients
  • Vegan margarine, to taste (try Earth Balance brand)
  • 2 slices wheat bread
  • Peanut butter, to taste
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2–3 strawberries, sliced
Instructions
  1. Spread vegan margarine one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Flip one of the slices over and spread the other side with peanut butter, then place margarine-side down in a frying pan. Top with the sliced bananas and strawberries and cook on medium heat until the bread warms up.
  3. Top with other piece of bread, margarine-side up, and press down.
  4. Cook for approximately one minute, then flip and cook for another minute or two.
  5. When both sides are browned and the peanut butter is gooey, eat up!
