Ingredients
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups frozen bananas, broken into chunks
  • 2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. vegan chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped mint
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender, except the 2 teaspoonfuls of chocolate chips and the 2 sprigs of mint, and process until well blended.
  2. Pour into two glasses.
  3. Garnish with the remaining chocolate chips and mint.
