Refried Beans with Jalapeno Mango Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes
  • 2 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 mango
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1/2 one lime
  • 1/2 can vegan refried beans
  • some salt, to taste
Instructions
  1. First, peel the mango. Next, you'll want to chop the tomatoes, mango, and onion and set aside in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Then, slice the jalapeno peppers in half and get rid of those seeds inside (be sure to wash your hands after touching the jalapeno seeds). Dice up the jalapenos, and add them to the bowl with the tomato, mango, and onion.
  3. Chop your lime in half and squeeze it in the bowl, then add salt to taste.
  4. Warm up the refried beans in a separate bowl, and then pour your salsa on top.
