Rice with Veggies

Ingredients
  • 1/2 bag mixed frozen vegetables
  • 1/4 cup rice
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain your rice two times (just practicing rice hygiene).
  2. Place your rice in a medium sized sauce pan, and add water until there is an inch of it above the top of your rice. Cook the rice for 7-10 minutes, or until it's fluffy.
  3. In a frying pan, add olive oil and 1/2 the bag of mixed vegetables. Sautee your veggies for about 4-5 minutes—time will vary depending on which veggies you choose.
  4. Combine the veggies and rice—bada bing, bada boom. You have rice with veggies.
