About me: SWF brunette, 5'2", from Cali via Florida. Gemini, Bachelor's degree in elementary education, vegan. Enjoys outdoor activities, shows, and dancing. I like: Arts and crafts (no joke, y'all), collecting DVDs (I love movies), planning and going to fabulous parties, living and playing in D.C., making people laugh at my ridiculousness, playgrounds, rhyming, shapes and patterns, singing boy-band songs, snack treats, talking, teaching, travel, and Alias (seriously, best show ever).

I hate: I'm no hater!

Why you went veg: I stopped eating cows when I learned the science behind mad cow disease. Everybody totally made fun of me. My mom picked up a book at the library, gave it to me, and said that I should read it because it was about animals (she so was making fun of me too). That book was The Pig Who Sang to the Moon: The Emotional World of Farm Animals by Jeffrey Moussaieff Masson. I read it cover-to-cover and never ate another piece of flesh again. BTW, all those people who made fun of me are now proud of my commitment to helping animals (and some even went veg).

What's the craziest thing you've ever done for animals? Well let's see: I've dressed as a cow, chicken, and pig; spoken in front of hundreds of people; followed music festivals around the country; worked for peta2; and debated hunters and farmers in rural Florida.

What's your favorite flavor? Blue

If you could do anything right now, what would it be? Drive to a fabulous restaurant, have a lovely vegan dinner, and head off to an awesome show.
