I have loved animals since I was very young however, I was raised in a Hispanic family where consuming meat and dairy occurred daily. But after realizing how animals are truly treated and killed, I became a vegan. My dream is to go to New York to study veterinary science in hopes of traveling overseas to help animals.

I've started being vegetarian on my 19th birthday (January 1st, 2013) as my new years resolution, and was the best decision I have ever accomplished. I hope to ease my way into Veganism slowly once I discover more foods, recipes, and ways of living around the use of animals. To all the people who didn't believe in me that I could accomplish this, thank you, for giving me an even more push to free animals one step at a time.
