Agreed! I’m really, REALLY shy. I do volunteer, but I still feel I’m not doing enough. My shyness acts as a huge barrier to me helping the animals.

Personally? Coconut’s better for cooking and ice cream (oh my gosh coconut milk ice cream is the BEST) but almond’s better on cereal. Hope this helped!
