Vegertarian Since Fall 2006. :) When I was 15 I started getting sick from eating poultry products like chicken and even chicken flavored foods. I soon decided to cut poultry out of my diet completely. It honestly wasn't all that easy since my family is full of meat lovers, who cannot have a meal without meat. It got easier with time and I started see how much better I was feeling since I wasn't eating chicken. I then choose to see if I could cut out meat all together. That wasn't quite as easy, but I was able to do it. By fall of 2006 I was a complete ovo-lacto vegetarian. 6 years later I am trying not to consume many dairy or egg products and become the vegan I know I can be. :)
