I loved the recent post about vegan body builders. It eloped me find good recipes for an active lifestyle and helped me convince some macho men that they can still be a “meat head” AND be vegan!!!

I love this! I would wear this everyday to remember that even in a sea of doubt being vegan is one thing that I know for sure is best for the environment, animals, the people of the world, and myself!!!
