You can get omega-3 pills from a vitamin store that is completely derived from flax seed. I don’t take one, but I have considered it since it is good for the skin and apparently stress levels.

I agree with vegancaramel. Also, since meat tends to be really expensive you could actual save money.

They recently changed where they get their red dye from so I believe they are now vegan. If you are not from NA it might not be the same though.

I don’t tend to eat oreos ,but I find them a great thing to bring up when people mention how I must not be able to eat most sweets/junk food b/c they are so well known.
