- Pasta with sauce
- Tinned soup
- Redwood’s ‘fish fingers’ (try them with frozen chips well, cook them first, but you know what we mean!)
- Beanfeast instant chilli· Good old beans on toast
- Soya yoghurt (Provamel is available in many supermarkets) with chopped fruit
- Vegan ice cream (Swedish Glace and Tofutti are available in many supermarkets)
- Ma Baker’s Giant Flapjacks (available at newsagents they’re huge, a great value and come in a zillion flavours!)
The list goes on and on, but snacking, as you can see, is no biggy for vegans!
