Razorlight Stand Up for Animals!

Want to win a date with Razorlight? Well, yeah, we all do. Sorry to get you all excited, but we can’t make that happen. Now that we have your attention, though, we have something even more exciting for you! We all know that the new Razorlight album is the dog’s bollocks – roughly translated as “wicked good”, for you Americans. You might think their success has gone to their heads and they now spend their days getting in fights with bouncers and ordering amaretto martinis to their trashed hotel rooms at 3 a.m., but you’d be wrong! When peta2 met with lovely Johnny Borrell, Carl Dalemo and Andy Burrows and told them that black bears in Canada are being violently slaughtered so that their skins can be used for the Queen’s Guards’ ceremonial hats, the three swiftly put pen to paper in show of support for our campaign against this bloody industry. If that’s not enough for you, Carl – who was inexplicably pipped to the post for peta2’s “Sexiest Vegetarian” award this year – sat down with peta2 for a chat about why he doesn’t eat animals, why vegetarians make better lovers and why you, like Razorlight, should sign our petition to save the bears!
