Hey everyone. I have a confession. I have kind of fell away from animal rights for a while, a few years actually, but now I am back and ready to be a better advocate than I ever was before. I’m going vegetarian again and I any and all support would help me in my journey.
Well, I was eating it in my college cafeteria so I didn’t prepare it, probably would have been better if I made it myself. I am proud to announce though that I had a very successful Meatless Monday. It wasn’t a vegan Monday but it was a Vegetarian Monday. Baby Steps

I know it’s listed on peta somewhere as well, but it’s always nice to have. They have an app on the iphone as well, but it isn’t free.
This site will tell you different vegan and vegetarian options for eating out in your community, which is incredible. I recently had a vegan pulled seitan sandwich (like a bbq pulled pork) and it was the most delicious thing.
I’m here if you ever need advice, I spend about 1/4 of my day in the kitchen whipping up new ideas (:
