    For baking, cooking, and for sauces. Does anyone know any GOOD egg substitues?
    Someone told me apple sauce for baking but i wouldnt dare put applesauce in my shepards pie haha.

    I mix a tablespoon of ground flaxseed with 2 tablespoons of water and let it sit for 2 minutes. This is equivalent to one egg.

    As well as The Vegg, you can also get other egg replacers in health food shops (like Orgran No Egg). This page has some great tips for alternatives (further down):
