So I’ve always been a supporter of animal rights but I just recently became a vegetarian. I’ve also always known about Peta but I just joined. My family doesn’t really support me for whatever reason and I find it very difficult to eat in a house where vegetarian meals aren’t really easy to obtain. I’m new to this thing and I don’t want to quit because it means a lot to me.
Does anyone have any good ideas for recipes?
We have tons of yummy and easy recipes, too! http://www.peta2.com/recipes/ Remember, a lot of the foods you already love are vegan: pasta with tomato sauce, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, guacamole, hummus, rice and bean burritos (Chipotle’s are my faves!), tofu stir frys, etc. Most grocery stores carry veggie burgers and veggie meats. 🙂
