The fastest and tastiest way to cool down on these hot-ass days is by rockin’ some super simple homemade popsicles. Check out these refreshing Creamy Raspberry-Orange popsicles that fellow staffer and homedog, Lauren, concocted. *drool*
Creamy Raspberry-Orange Popsicles
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 cup orange juice
1 cup plain soy yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. agave nectar
- Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until they are well combined and the texture is consistent.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for a few hours.
Tip: If you have trouble removing the popsicles from their molds, briefly run the mold under warm water or let the popsicles sit at room temperature for a few minutes before removing them.
Alternate serving suggestion: Fill an ice-cube tray with the mixture. Insert a toothpick into the center of each ice cube mold. Freeze, then enjoy bite-size popsicle treats!
