Queen B has spoken: Beyoncé took to Instagram to invite her 112 million followers to join her on a vegan journey. We’re so stoked that she’s choosing compassionate eating and setting a good example for young fans who may not know how delicious and easy it is to go vegan!
Her recent Instagram post featured yummy avocado toast and read, “44 days until Coachella!! Vegan Time!! Click the link in my bio to join me!”
Jay-Z and Beyoncé found the holy grail of good health a little while back, when the couple went vegan for what Jay-Z called “a spiritual and physical cleanse.” He explained, “This all began a few months back when a good friend and vegan challenged me to embrace a ‘plant-based breakfast’ every day. It was surprisingly easier on me than I thought.”
Going Vegan = Eating with Compassion
On meat and dairy farms, animals are routinely denied fresh air and sunshine. They’re mutilated without painkillers and forcibly separated from their families. By going vegan, you’ll no longer be supporting industries that exploit, abuse, and slaughter sentient beings. And you’ll become a bona fide hero by saving more than 100 animals each year when you choose to keep cruelty off your plate.
