- 4 medium ripe avocados, peeled and minced
- 1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- In a large bowl, mash all the ingredients together with a potato masher until well combined.
