Blueberry Muffin Madness Smoothie
- 1½ cups almond milk
- 2 heaping Tbsp. oatmeal
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla protein powder
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp. agave
- ½ cup blueberries
- Mix together all the ingredients except the blueberries and store in the fridge overnight.
- The next morning, blend with the blueberries.
This smoothie is great for a thick and hearty breakfast on the go! You can try using granola or quinoa flakes instead of the oatmeal. If you don’t want the protein powder, just add 2 more tablespoonfuls of oatmeal. If you don’t like or have agave, try maple syrup!
