- 6 carrots, peeled
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
• Preheat the oven to 425°F.
• Cut the carrots into French fry–like sticks and place in a bowl.
• Add the olive oil, salt, and pepper and toss until the carrots are coated.
• Lay the carrot fries out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
• Bake for 20 minutes, tossing the fries halfway through.
